Oscillane coaching integrates modern neuroscience, ancient wisdom, habit transformation and sensory awareness, creating a personalised system for you to retrain your focus, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your energy, motivation and purpose.

Through a unique blend of brainwave training, breathwork, NLP, nutrition analysis, movement and sensory recalibration, I guide individuals like you you in break free from distraction and overwhelm so you can step into a more engaged, present and purpose-driven life.

Her expertise spans multiple sectors including tech, wellbeing, entertainment, and media, where she has successfully led talent strategies for high-growth startups and global brands.

 

Additionaly, Amanda is a Coach, holding Master Practitioner certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, & qualified Yoga Teacher.
