We decompress the nervous system, release tension and create space. Through mindfulness, breathwork and techniques to drive deep relaxation, we move out of autopilot and into presence. During reset, we enable emotional space for introspection and reflection.

Energise

We rebuild your vitality and ignite your spark. From sleep and gut health, to environment and mindset - we identify what’s draining you and bring in what fuels you. Moving you from tired, to inspired.

​​​I’ve always been fascinated by the human mind - what drives us, how we make decisions and the patterns that shape our lives. That curiosity led me to study psychology, and it’s been the foundation of everything I’ve done since.

 

Over a decade ago, chronic back pain introduced me to yoga. What began as a way to ease physical discomfort quickly became a powerful gateway into deeper self-awareness and healing. I went on to qualify as a yoga teacher just two years later, inspired by the profound connection between mind and body. I've since developed expertise in breathwork and mindfulness.

 

My journey into wellbeing didn’t stop there. In recent years, I’ve become deeply passionate about nutrition and the science of the gut microbiome - an area I believe is central to our emotional, mental and physical health. With roots in a medical family, I’ve always valued evidence-based approaches and integrating modern science with holistic practices has become a cornerstone of my work.

 

Alongside my personal wellbeing path, I spent 15 years building a career in talent acquisition. During which, I’ve consulted and coached stakeholders up to C-Suite level, including CEOs and CFOs, and have significant knowledge of strategic, financial and operational business nuances.

 

As well as leading teams to scale businesses during times of hyper-growth (Series B to Series C with funding of $80m), I’ve also operated as a senior headhunter and have a crafted ability to identify individual drivers and motivations. I’m extremely well versed in helping individuals to identify their strengths, development areas and opportunities to fulfil potential.

 

Driven to deepen this work, I trained as an NLP Practitioner and later became a Master Practitioner in 2021. These tools have enabled me to help others rewire limiting beliefs, build resilience and align with their most authentic self.

 

My combination of qualifications and experience, create a unique approach to coaching which is both pragmatic and commercial, as well as nurturing and empathic. Whether you’re navigating burnout, looking to reconnect with your purpose, or ready to upgrade your mindset, I will help you discover what’s most important and create a plan to make it your priority.

Weekly Coaching

Includes:

  • Complimentary initial consultation (20 mins)

  • In-person or virtual sessions 

  • Collaborative exercises throughout

  • Email support between sessions

   £100 per hour / £380 per block of 4
